NOTICE on the Graduation Process for the International Students

Dear students who will graduate this year,

In order to organize the graduation process well for the international students majored in Civil Engineering, the following notice is informed here.

1. All re-study exams will be finished before 31 May. The arrangements of tutorial classes and exams were or will be informed in the discussion QQ group in the first time. Those whom already attended or will attend should come to International Students’ office and finish the procedure of paying fees for these exams from 21 May.

2. The defense of graduation design will be held around 11-15 June (15^th week, the specified date and location will be informed later on). Every student should finish and submit the drawings (including architectural and structural parts) and calculation sheet to the supervisor before that date. The supervisor will check the defense qualification of the graduation design. At the same time, every student should prepare (print) two sets of drawings, calculation sheet and PPT file for the presentation of defense.

3. In order to keep the upcoming procedures (such as graduation check, graduation ceremony, preparing the final transcript, check out of dormitory, and so on) smoothly, every student should clear the owed fees before the defense of graduation. Otherwise, it is not qualified to attend the defense.

4. This semester will finish on 13 July.
