冬季防火防盗安全承诺书

Safety commitment of fire and theft prevention in winter

冬季临近，为进一步提高防火安全意识，消除各类消防隐患，切实维护学生人身财产安全，防止火灾事故发生，本人郑重承诺：

As winter approaches, to further improve the awareness of fire safety, eliminate all kinds of fire hazards, and earnestly protect the safety of students' personal property and prevent fire accidents, I solemnly promise the following:

一、不在宿舍内使用大功率电器（取暖器、热得快）和劣质、小功率危险电器（如烘鞋器）等；

1. Do not use high-power appliances (heater, quick heater) and poor, low-power dangerous electric appliances (such as shoe dryer) in the dormitory.

二、不私拉乱接电线，接线板周围不要堆放可燃物品（如书籍、草稿纸等），不将电线缠绕于书桌和床铺上；

2. Do not connect the wires privately/illegally. Do not stack combustible materials (such as books, drafts, etc.) around the wiring board, and not coil the wires around the desk and bunk.

三、电脑或手机充电时，电源插头要即用即插，以防通电时间过长电压不稳或者电器发热引发火灾事故；

3. Pull out the power supply when the computer or mobile phone is not charged, in case of the fire accident due to long charging time or the electrical heating.

四、离开宿舍时要及时锁好门窗，并做到切断宿舍电源；

4. When leaving the dormitory, lock the doors and windows timely, and cut off the power supply of the dormitory.

五、不在寝室内吸烟，不乱扔烟头；

5. Do not smoke in the dormitory, not throw cigarette butts.

六、宿舍门口、楼梯间、阳台等部位不堆放杂物，避免堵塞和封闭消防安全通道；

6. Do not pile up sundry near the dormitory door, stair room, and balcony, etc. to avoid blockage and close fire safety channel.

七、不留宿外来人员者;

7. Do not keep outside people in the dormitory.

八、不在宿舍存放贵重财物，发现可疑人员出入宿舍楼，应及时向宿舍楼管员或保卫人员报告。

8. Do not deposit valuables in the dormitory. If I find out suspicious personnel entering the dormitory building, I should report to the dormitory teacher or the security staff in time.

本人如果有违反以上承诺行为，由本人承担由此带来的一切民事、行政和刑事责任。

If I have any breach of the above commitments, I shall be responsible for all civil, administrative and criminal liability.
